Where's my order?
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours with tracking. If your tracking hasn't moved in three days, that's worth an email — it usually means the carrier mislaid the scan, and we'll chase it.

How long until I notice something?
Scalp comfort usually within one to two weeks — less itching, less tightness. Density and texture take much longer, so give it three months before you judge it.
How do I get a refund?
Email us within 60 days with your order number. You'll get the money back to your original payment method within three working days, and you keep the bar.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped, yes — email us as fast as you can and we'll catch it. Once it's with the carrier we can't recall it, but the 60-day refund still applies.
Do you ship outside the UK and US?
Yes, though it takes longer and duties may apply depending on where you are. Those are set by your country, not by us.
My bar is dissolving quickly
Almost always because it's sitting in water between washes. Move it somewhere it can drain and it should last easilz for 30-40 or more.
